The Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) has notified all supervisors and head teachers to pay attention to the errors and corrections in the Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) physics practical paper 3, which is to be done on Thursday, November 23, 2023.
In a statement released by Daniel Odongo, Executive Director of UNEB, paper 510/3: Physics (practical) has errors in the prism of the advance instructions.
“This is to inform you that there was an error in the dimensions of the prism in the advance instructions. The correct dimensions are 50mm*50mm*50mm and not 50cm*50cm*50cm,” Odongo said.
Odongo noted that the above-mentioned paper is set to be done on Thursday, November 23, 2023, and requested all supervisors concerned to take note of the adjustments and inform all head teachers within their areas of operation.
UACE 2023 commenced on November 10–2023 with a briefing of candidates on instructions and caution. It will end on December 1, 2023, with an Art: Craft a Graphic Design test in the afternoon.
