PRESIDENT MUSEVENI ATTENDS SPECIAL PRAYERS AT KYANKWANZI TO COMMEMORATE MARTYRS DAY

Today, as we commemorate the Uganda Martyrs, the NRM National Chairman, President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, together with the First Lady, Janet Museveni,  joined members of the Party’s Parliamentary Caucus in worship and prayer at NALI in Kyankwanzi.
The president’s 10 days in Kyankwanzi are to orient NRM leaders on how they can expound on wealth creation and also take a keen interest in supervising and monitoring the PDM to make sure it benefits Ugandans.
The retreat Is running under the theme “Increasing household incomes and wealth creation: the critical role of the leader.
In his speech, the president also pledged to give cars to the clergy present at Kyankwanzi.

At Namugongo, the President was represented by the prime minister, Rt. Hon. Robinah Nabbanja, flanked by Kasule Lumumba, Hon. Tom Butime, the minister for tourism, and other ministers.

Nabanja read the president’s message to all the pilgrims and wished them joyous celebrations.
