Nandala, Amuriat Given 30 Day Ultimatum to Vacate Najjanankumbi

The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party leaders loyal to SG Nathan Nandala Mafabi and Party President Eng. Patrick Oboi Amuriat have been given a one-month ultimatum to vacate Najjanankumbi offices.

The ultimatum was announced by the Nansana Municipality FDC party leadership during a press conference held on Monday, August 14, 2023.

Muwaga Sulaiman, the Chairperson of FDC Nansana Municipality, wants Najjanankumbi leaders to step aside from the office to allow reconciliation to take place.

“We have refused to be onlookers at the scuffles in our party because we know who the two traitors are. We have given Nandala and Amuriat one month to vacate party offices before coming for them,” Muwaga said.

Kyeswa Jackson, the FDC councillor of Musukuma Division, appealed to Ambassador Birigwa, the party chairperson, to use his authority to solve the internal conflicts in the party before 2026.

The Najjanankumbi faction is yet to respond to the one-month ultimatum given to them.
