I want to request you to reject the diversions and divisions and there is no turning back we have to sail on and victory is in sight and we are closer to victory, don't give up,” Kyagulanyi added.
The statement highlighted that both sides presented updates on steps taken to reduce tensions and advance implementation on the ground. These updates followed earlier consultations held in Washington on March 17th–18th, 2026, which also focused on confidence-building measures.
