A 22-year-old security guard linked to the murder of popular TikToker Diana Namulinde, alias Diana Sky has been remanded to prison until 3rd March 2026 after appearing before the City Hall Chief Magistrate’s Court.
Webisa Marvin, who was deployed at the apartments at the time, was arraigned today February 12th, 2026 and charged with rape, murder, and aggravated robbery.
According to the prosecution, the suspect was arrested following investigations in which he was reportedly found in possession of items believed to belong to the deceased.

The court did not allow him to take plea on the capital offences, which are triable only by the High Court.
Webisa was remanded Webisa to prison until 3rd March 2026 when the matter will return to court for mention as the state finalizes its investigations and prepares the case file for onward submission to the High Court.
The death of Diana Namulinde has drawn public attention, with many closely following developments in the case.
Authorities have said that investigations are still underway and have urged the public to allow the judicial process to take its course.
