Media personality Vivian Ayesiga aka Viana Indi has officially ended her tenure at Next Media following the completion of her contract with the Naguru-based media house.

The 24-year-old show host announced her departure on Monday through her social media platform X, confirming that her journey with NBS Television and Next Radio had come to a close.

“Following the completion of my contract, I would like to formally share that my journey with Next Media has come to an end,” Indi wrote.

In her message, the presenter expressed gratitude to the media group for the opportunity to grow professionally and connect with audiences through its entertainment platforms.

Indi noted that the shows she hosted were more than just television and radio programs, describing them as spaces that helped shape her voice, build confidence, and refine her skills in the media industry.

“Over the past few years, I have had the incredible privilege of growing, learning and connecting with audiences through After 5 on NBS Television and Next Brunch on Next Radio,” she stated.

She described the period as one of transformation that strengthened her craft, deepened her resilience and broadened her understanding of the responsibility that comes with being a media voice.

During her time at Next Media, Indi was among the hosts of the popular evening entertainment show After 5, alongside media personalities Douglas Lwanga, MC Kats, DJ Roja, and DVJ Mercy. She also appeared on the KatchUp show and hosted Next Brunch on Next Radio from 10:00 a.m. to midday.

Reflecting on her departure, Indi said she leaves with gratitude for the experiences gained and the memories created during her time at the station.

“I look ahead with quiet confidence and excitement for the next season,” she concluded.

Her exit marks the end of a notable chapter at Next Media as fans and industry observers await her next move in Uganda’s media and entertainment landscape.
