“We all know the LCI structure is the first structure and if you are to strengthen the party you start with these structures. So I encourage all the leaders to engage in these elections,” Rubongoya said.
“We are not going to allow a poor-performing CAO to remain a CAO. Monitoring and evaluation is one key component we shall work on,” the minister noted.
“We have been complaining about how bad those fronted by other parties are. Today, we have decided to front our own, the holy one, to represent the opposition in the forthcoming speakership race. I implore all opposition members of Parliament to rally behind our candidate,” Ssenyonyi said.
