She announced that a multi-agency committee comprising officials from the Ministry of Lands, the State House Anti-Corruption Unit, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, and the Inspectorate of Government will investigate the dispute.
“As you leave the gates of Uganda Christian University today, keep discipline and represent your alma mater well. The choices you make, the conduct you exhibit, and the character you carry will either adorn or tarnish the name of this great institution,” Kaziimba said.
Section 25 of the UNEB Act, CAP 259, provides that any person who gains or attempts to gain possession of any examination papers commits an offense and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding UGX 2 million and a term of imprisonment not exceeding five years.
