Musician Carol Nantongo is set to hold her maiden concert, dubbed Carol Nantongo Live in Concert, on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Hotel Africana in Kampala.

The 34-year-old singer will later hold an upcountry concert at Maria Flo in Masaka district on Sunday, December 8, 2024.

The former Golden Production singer has consistently shone brightly, captivating hearts and souls with her enchanting voice and heartfelt lyrics.

Her life and career as a celebrated Ugandan musician whose journey from humble beginnings to musical stardom has made her a beloved figure in the nation’s vibrant music scene.

Nantongo’s early exposure to a variety of musical genres, ranging from traditional Ugandan rhythms to contemporary pop and R&B, laid the foundation for her eclectic musical style.

The Nyiga Wano singer’s musical journey began with humble performances at local church gatherings and school events. Her soulful voice and undeniable charisma quickly garnered attention, propelling her onto the local music scene.

In 2010, she released her debut single, Nakutaka, which introduced her to a wider audience and showcased her vocal skillfulness. This marked the beginning of her ascent in the Ugandan music industry.
