“The housing mortgages available today are affordable for senior government officials and people with established businesses. We now want to plan for low-income earners like boda boda riders, market vendors and those starting from scratch,” Nabakooba said.

PFF thinks that regional meetings will be a game changer after all other means, such as the collection of a million signatures, did not deliver as expected. However, political analysts have revealed that the new touch of regional meetings is headed to fail because of the weak party structures.
