“You Should Have Done Better!” – Prima Kadarshi Shades Ex-Lover’s Nikkah

“At least if you wanted to hurt me, you would have had a function like Rema’s. You can’t say you want to hurt Prima and then do basic stuff,” she said.

Reality TV star Prima Kadarshi has sparked fresh controversy after publicly criticizing singer and ex-lover Geosteady’s recent nikkah ceremony with his new wife, Hindu Kay.

On Valentine’s Day, Geosteady put an end to ongoing speculations on his love life when he professed his love to Hindu in front of revelers at his concert at Sheraton.

Days later, the two sealed their commitment to each other in a rose-themed private Nikkah on Saturday, February 21st, 2026.

However, in a TikTok Live video that has since gone viral, Prima Kadarshi dismissed the ceremony, arguing that it did not match the standards expected of a celebrity event.

“At least if you wanted to hurt me, you would have had a function like Rema’s. You can’t say you want to hurt Prima and then do basic stuff,” she said.

Kadarshi suggested that the couple should have invested more effort and resources into the ceremony if they wanted to make a statement.

She pointed out that high-end fashion and a bigger budget would have made the event more impactful.

“They should have used Dyna Vence and held a function worth like 100 million shillings. Not everyone needs a ring. The ring must come with things backing it up genuine intentions, a supportive man, someone open-minded and willing to explore love. Love is not just a ring,” she added.

Despite her criticism, Kadarshi emphasized that marriage should be rooted in genuine love rather than competition or the desire to hurt others. She noted that material displays alone cannot sustain a relationship.

Interestingly, Kadarshi had earlier shown support for Geosteady during his Valentine’s Day concert, where both she and Hindu Kay were present. Some fans even praised her for helping to promote the show, contributing to its success.

Following the wedding, social media has been abuzz with speculation, with some users claiming that fans who purchased tickets to the concert indirectly funded the nikkah, as it took place just days after the performance.
