Robert Ssentamu Kyagulanyi, aka Bobi Wine, the leader of the opposition National Unity Platform Party, has said he is willing to dialogue with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

Kyagulanyi was addressing the media in Arua City on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.

He says that as NUP, they can only dialogue with the president once he accepts to step down and hand over power to the opposition peacefully.

“We are willing to talk to President Museveni, and we shall forgive him and protect him from prosecution if he peacefully hands over power,” said Kyagulanyi.

Kyagulanyi rallied his supporters to remain strategically steadfast and on standby for a signal to uninstall the NRM regime from power.

Arua City marks the last mobilization rally by NUP party.
