The Uganda Police Force has postponed the reporting date for shortlisted candidates selected to begin the Probationer Police Constable (PPC) course.

According to a statement issued by the police force today, July 3, 2025, the candidates, who were initially scheduled to report for training on 7th July 2025, will now be required to report on Friday, 1st August 2025.

“The decision to delay the training was made to allow for additional preparations to ensure a seamless start to the training process,” the statement read.

On June 28, 2025, Uganda Police Force released the list of successful candidates who applied for the position of Probationer Police Constable (PPC), following a national recruitment drive advertised on March 10, 2025 and subsequent interviews held between April 28 and May 5, 2025.

The police have advised all shortlisted candidates to stay in touch with the recruitment office for further updates or inquiries.
