Uganda cranes almost secured three important points in their opening game of the Total African Cup of Nations (AFCON) against South Africa, only to concede a last-minute equalizer to settle for a point in their 2-2 draw against their hosts.
Uganda Cranes are in Group K of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations Qualifiers, alongside South Africa, Congo Brazzaville and South Sudan. The Cranes will target a top-two finish in the group to qualify for the final tournament in Morocco.
