    The Rt. Rev. Ssekadde was the Bishop of Namirembe from 1994 to 2009, where he retired after having served for over 16 years at the diocese and was replaced by Bishop Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira, who also retired recently and was replaced by Rt. Rev. Moses Banja as the sixth Bishop of Namirembe Diocese.
    The Ministry of Health, with support from WHO and other partners, is collaborating closely to strengthen outbreak control measures, which range from disease surveillance, clinical care, community engagements, and public awareness.
