The Members of Parliament on the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), chaired by Muwanga Kivumbi, have said that there is a significant risk facing the Makerere University Agricultural Research Institute in Kabanyolo (MUARIK), which stands to lose 650 acres of land valued at approximately Ugx 325 billion if immediate action is not taken to secure the property.
