The driver of the Subaru car was driving at a high speed, and he lost control after failing to break, thus killing a pedestrian that was walking at the roadside.
The community is currently demanding action from the government to restore security and protect residents from the ongoing threat posed by criminal gangs.
Following the intervention, the Police Flying Squad unit located Kakande at the Mpata Treading Center, resulting in his arrest and successfully recovering the child unharmed. Kakande is presently in custody at the Mukono Police Station.
