Legendary singer Geoffrey Lutaaya is set to hold a comeback concert scheduled for Valentine’s Day on Friday, February 14, 2025, at the Kampala Sheraton Gardens.

The concert titled ‘Hon. Godfrey Lutaaya Live in Concert’ will see him back in the spotlight, balancing his music career with his role as a politician.

The singer who doubles as the Kakuuto Member of Parliament will make an electrifying comeback from the pressures in the political scene.

Since his assumption of office as Member of Parliament, the singer has left his fans thirsty for his sweet old melodies.

While speaking to the media at Haruna Mubiru’s recently concluded concert, Lutaaya revealed that he was planning to hold his next concert this year.

The Da Nu Eagles boss teased that the concert would happen early in the year 2025, around February on Valentine’s Day (14th February), at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.

“The concert is going to happen on Valentine’s Day at the Sheraton Hotel. I will provide more details in due time,” he stated.

The lovers of Lutaaya will part with Ug.shs. 150,000 for General and 3 million for the table.

Lutaaya is now known for his songs like Oli Miss, Choice Yange, Easy Come Easy Go, Akyaali Mboko, Omwaka Guuno, Nansanga, Olweeza, Abamanyi Omukwano, Nice and Lovely, My Love, Hanifah, Nkolerera Baana Bange and many others.

He will have other shows at Bredo Hotel in Mukono on Saturday 15, Maria Flo in Masaka City on Sunday 16, Kyotera Kasambya Mukisaawe on Saturday 22, and February and Eden City in Mityana on Sunday 23, February 2025.

Lutaaya was elected Member of Parliament (MP) for Kakuuto in the 11th Parliament of Uganda in the Rakai district. He is a musician and founder of De New Eagles Band group.

He started his music career at 20 years of age and cemented his relationship with fellow artist and wife Irene Namatovu on their 10th wedding anniversary despite the challenges of both their careers.
