In a circular released on Friday by the police traffic department, the Jinja–Kampala highway will have normal traffic flow, while the Kireka– Kyaliwajjala road will be one way for vehicles heading to the venue.

SP Michael Kananura, the traffic police spokesperson, said the Kyaliwajjala-Naalya Interchange will be one way towards Kyaliwajjala, and a road stretching from Kyaliwajjala Trading Center to the Catholic Church will be a pedestrian walkway.

He says pedestrians will keep right, and the left will be reserved for VIPs & emergency vehicles.

VIPs to the Catholic Church with cars bearing RED STICKERS will access Namugongo through Kyaliwajjala via Ssemambo Road & Park Namugongo Boarding P/S as will be guided by Traffic Police,” SP Kananura said.

According to the guidelines, unless expressly specified by the organizers, VVIPS & VIPS with vehicles to the Protestant Church will access the venue through Bweyogerere-Butto-Kyobe Road & park at the Protestant Church Farm.

Below is the full detail.
