Kampala City is expected to be on high vibe come Friday, September 8, 2023, as three different artists are set to be holding music concerts on the same day but in different venues. Ugandans are well known for their love to party irrespective of the circumstances.

In 2013, Ugandans came top on list in East Africa as the happiest people, so they never disappoint and all these venues will be full to capacity.

The music artists that have organized concerts are, Soul Singer Maurice Kirya whose concert dubbed Kirya Live 2023 will be at the Kampala Serena Hotel, George William Kigozi aka Geosteady set to perform at Hotel Africana, and the Nigerian Gospel Giant, Osinach Egbu aka Sinach to perform at Lugogo Hockey stadium.

Kirya and Geosteady are both confident that they will register successful concerts since their music appeals to different fan bases and totally have different kinds of following.

This seems to have become a trend for artists to schedule concerts on the same date, after Alien Skin and Pallaso recently on June 9, 2023, registered success at their separate concerts that were held at Freedom City and Lugogo Cricket Oval grounds respectively.

The same happened for the Ugandan King of Hip Hop, Navio and Gravity Omutujju who also held their concerts last Saturday, September 2, 2023, at Sheraton Hotel Kampala Gardens and Lugogo Cricket Oval respectively.

Kirya is known for entertaining his crowd with songs like Mulembe Gwa Kirya, Busaabala, Wooye, Never Been Love, Headmaster Gimme Light, Malaika, and Ugandan Girl, among others, while Geosteady registers hits like Sembera, Tokendeeza, Owooma, Same way, Viola, and Sente, to mention.

Nevertheless, Sinach is best known for songs like Awesome God, Born to Win, This Is My Season, Way Maker, I Know Who I am, among others which are sang in churches and gatherings across the globe. A line up of talented Ugandan artists like Levixone and others are set to warm up the stage for her.
