The Chief Registrar, Her Worship Sarah Langa Siu, has cautioned cadres of staff in court about absenteeism and encouraged them to build their personal brands in their line of work.

She made these remarks on April 4, 2024, during a meeting of non-judicial staff, specifically record staff, court clerks, and process servers. The meeting was to apprise them of the different updates within the judiciary and also listen to the different issues that impact their service delivery.

Langa appreciated and thanked the different staff in court for being the face of the judiciary and for their roles in the administration of justice.

Additionally, the Permanent Secretary or Secretary to the Judiciary, Dr. Pius Bigirimana, emphasized the need for all staff who have been issued uniforms to wear them daily.

He further cautioned them against inappropriate dressing and poor customer care, urging them to serve where they have been deployed.
