Bringing together a diverse membership base of over 1,500 individuals covering private enterprises, public institutions, NGOs, SMES, academia, and community-based organisations, HRMAU embodies a vision that seeks to inspire and nurture human resources for the betterment of workplaces, individuals, and businesses.

President Ronald Bbosa said HRMAU is poised to host its inaugural annual sports gala on the grounds of Makerere University Business School, scheduled for August 26, 2023.

He added that the historic occasion offers a unique opportunity for professionals to engage in activities that integrate enjoyment, networking, and knowledge acquisition.

Bbosa applauded partners and sponsors, including but not limited to Crown Beverages Limited, Uganda Breweries Limited, Sanlam, C-Care, ICEA, and Victoria Hospital.

Andrew Ssebwalunnyo, the Director of Professional Development, extended an invitation to all HR professionals to wholeheartedly embrace this spirited sports gala, encouraging them to promptly register with the secretariat and, most importantly, to mark their calendars for August 26th.

Under the theme of “Healthy Living for Enhanced Productivity,” the inaugural HR Sports Gala promises an array of sports activities, including Football, Volleyball, Netball, and more, providing a refreshing departure from the monotonous routines that often define professional life.
