Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record producer Burna Boy, real name Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, is set to perform at the 2024 Grammy Awards.

The announcement was made during the fourth quarter of the National Football League (NFL) Division Round match up.

Burna Boy joins previously announced performers like Luke Combs, Travis Scott, Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, and Olivia Rodrigo.

He holds four Grammy nominations, which include Best Global Music Album for I Told Them, Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Global Music Performance, and Best African Music Performance for the singles.

He is often referred to as the King of Afrofusion by his fans for his infectious rhythms of Afro-beats in his songs like Sittin’ on Top of the World, Alone, City Boys, Tested, Approved, and Trusted, Last Last, On the Low, Kilometre, Cheat On Me, and many more.

The 66th Annual Grammy Awards, which will be hosted by Trevor Noah, will take place in Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 4, 2024.
