Ugandan musician and songwriter Alexander Bagonza, alias A Pass, signed under LLolypop Entertainment, is set to celebrate ten years of music and hold his first-ever maiden concert dubbed “A Pass Live In Concert” on Friday, January 31, 2025, at the Kampala Serena Hotel.

The self-styled artist has been in the studio putting up soft, sensational melodies, most with sing-along lyrics, since he ventured into the music industry in 2013.

Under the able mentorship of video director Bashir Lukyamuzi, Apass was exposed to a number of opportunities and influential personalities in the music industry, which started a crucial kick-off to his career.

Apass was signed initially under various labels and music producers like Alex from Jamaica (A.I.P.), Black Spyda from Jamaica, Nessim (Badi Musik), Baru (DustVille), Timo (Badi Musik), Just Jose (Swangz Avenue), Benon Mugumbya (Swangz Avenue), Nash (Swangz Avenue), The Late Mac Elvis (South Syde), Keyner (K Records), Samurae (Talent 256), Don (DustVille), and several others.

In February 2024, he made a remarkable step with his recent 42-track album, which left many artists whispering to each other, mesmerized by this talent. This album was the first with the most songs, surpassing those of the Afropop breakthrough artists Eddy Kenzo and Azawi combined.

A Pass teased fans about his plans to hold a concert at the Blu*3 Reunion concert that happened on June 22, 2024, at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala, which has now turned into a reality.

His popularity and musical talent has attracted collaborations with other artists like Konshens, Radio and Weasel, AY, EKKY, Lilian Mbabazi, Don Mc, Cindy, Shaydee, Iyaya, and Karl Wolf, among others.

The Wuuyo singer promised his fans a night filled with unforgettable performances and electrifying energy with his songs like Wuuyo, Mariana, Didi Da Da, Gamululu, Memories, Chupa ku Chupa, Tuli ku Bigere, Nkwagala, Wamu, Give me a kiss, Guli Wano, Oruso, Midnight Drum, Mummy, Tulo, Goated, My Lover, Tetubatya, I know, Bagonza, Face me, and many others.

He has worked on several projects with Airtel Uganda: Happiness Continues, Kyabiise, and Tugabane. He is currently working on a campaign with KFC Uganda.
