A Myth of a found Lost Rib after my Ex-Spouse threw Me in Arms of His Brother

Growing up as a middle child with her siblings and parents was all joy. In 1998, Charity was admitted at Makerere University Business School ( MUBS) in Nakawa division – Kampala district for a diploma in Business Administration.

She was escorted to Kampala by her mother and was to study while staying with her maternal auntie Agnes in Bugolobi.

Commuting from home to the University made Charity get exposed, having come from Rubaare in Ntungamo district. She made several friends and after her course, she graduated and was ready to take on the world.

“I was lucky to get a job as a receptionist in a Real Estate Company in 2000 through my coursemate who had introduced me to her villagemate. What a miracle to get a job immediately after school, I said to myself,” Charity intimated.

Within two months, Charity had already got used to most of her workmates. There was a sales manager known as Davis who rarely spoke but could only enter office, greet everyone and sit on his desk.

One morning, Davis told Charity to take some documents to his office that had been delivered by a client the previous evening, which she did. This is when he asked her if they would have coffee later that evening, an offer Charity did accept. After work, they sat at Seascallop.

“His eyes could tell that he was interested in me. We talked about so much from where we come from, to our school days, and later relationships, among other things,” she added.

“Your lips are so full and luscious…you are the spark that ignites me, he flattered me,” Charity disclosed as she blushed.

According to Charity, at that point as she was being showered with romantic praises, she felt ‘butterflies’ in her stomach. As days went by, she accepted to be Davis’ girlfriend.

After a few months of dating, Charity found out that she was pregnant. Davis accepted his responsibility and asked her to move in with him.

Four months down the road, he got a more paying job in Jinja but every weekend, he would be in Kampala.

The couple was blessed with a baby boy who they named Gabriel. After about a year of what seemed paradise, Charity never heard from Davis again, she wondered what had happened to him. One of her friends helped her locate Davis’ brother who was kind and started giving her support.

Two years later, Charity gave up on hopes of ever seeing Davis again. Because her brother in-law Raymond was good, she gave herself a chance to push-out with him. He later on asked her to move in with him in his apartment which she did without giving a second thought. After a while, Rymond proposed to marry Charity.

Three years later, Davis showed up and disclosed how he had got married to a white lady who took him to Ireland.
Charity too had already moved on with her new found love and promised Davis never to deny him a chance to visit his son Gabriel.

Charity and Raymond are now happily married with 2 biological children.
